Administrator Permissions

Districts have a choice in the level of permissions administrators are granted. There are three administrator roles that provide both full EasyBridge access as well as partial access. Below are the separate administrator roles:

EasyBridge Access

Full EasyBridge access provides the ability to manage organization settings, classes, products, user accounts (passwords, and teacher self-registration), and reporting. EasyBridge Access includes Realize Assessment Authoring and Sharing and Realize Reports. The EasyBridge permission will also provide access to SuccessMaker reports if your school purchased SuccessMaker

EasyBridge Access is the only administrator access that can receive emails related to teacher self-registration.

Realize Assessment Authoring and Sharing

Create and share Realize assessments with specific teachers in your organization, as well as assign assignments to classes. Realize Reports Access is included with Assessment Authoring and Sharing.

Realize Reports Access

Run detailed Realize reports on student information for your organization.
